DUI/Driving Under the Influence is one of the most common crimes charged. We have been successful in having DUI cases dismissed. We have also been successful in having individuals charged with DUI placed into an ARD Program which allows the individual charged to avoid pleading guilty and instead places them into a short probationary period which when successfully completed requires law enforcement to completely expunge (or clear) the arrest record.
